Ingredients
4 large baked potatoes (peeled and cubed)
2 c cubed ham
2 c shredded cheese
16 oz sour cream
Directions
1) Make a roux sauce with 1/2 c butter melted and 1/2 c flour. Mix and then add 6 c milk.
2) Add potatoes and ham.
3) Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat thoroughly.
4) Add cheese and sour cream.
5) Serve as soon as the cheese is melted.
