Ingredients
2 c flour
1 t salt
⅔ c shortening
6-7 T Cold water (ice)
Directions
1) Mix and cut shortening into flour and salt
2) Gradually add 6 up to 7 Tbsp Cold water (ice)
The secret to a good pie shell is very little handling.
3) Cut dough in half- makes 2 crusts
4) Roll out dough in circle and place in a pie shell.
5) Crimp crust
6) Can Freeze or bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 min.
