Ingredients
1 (8oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
¼ c sour cream
¾ c Italian shredded cheese
2 t minced garlic
¼ t garlic salt
salt & pepper to taste
½ (14oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
½ c frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 baking pan.
2) In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, garlic, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.
3) Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with cheese.
4) Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
