Ingredients
1 ½ cups of potato pulp (about 4 baked potatoes' worth)
2 Tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon parsley
2 Tablespoons shredded cheese
1 Tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 green onion, diced
1 recipe of crescent rolls or 1 store-bought tube of crescent rolls
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a baking sheet and set it aside
Cut the onion, set aside
In a medium mixing bowl, mash the potato pulp with a fork or pasty cutter and set aside
Melt the butter for 10 seconds in the microwave
Add garlic salt to the melted butter, stir, and add the mixture to the potato pulp
Add to the potato mixture the parsley, cheese, and diced onion
Mix together
Unroll the crescent dough. Roll out and cut into 8 rectangles
Put the potato mixture in the middle of the rectangle
Fold all four edges up and pinch together- forming a cute little potato puff.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown
