Ingredients
1 ½ c milk
1 c flour
2 eggs
1 T oil
¼ t salt
Directions
1)In a bowl combine milk, flour, eggs, oil, and salt.
2) Beat with a hand mixer till well mixed.
3) Heat a lightly sprayed skillet.
4) Spoon 2T of batter into the skillet.
5) Lift and turn until the batter covers the bottom of the skillet.
6) Return to heat and cook until light brown. Cook one side only.
7) Turn the skillet over the plate and the crepe should come right out.
8) Repeat with remaining batter, greasing if needed.
9) Serve with fruit, whipped cream, and syrup.
