Ingredients
1 ¾ c flour
3 t baking powder
½ t salt
1 ¼ c milk
½ c oil
2 eggs
Directions
1) Sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
2) Separate egg yolks from whites and keep them in separate bowls.
3) Add in milk, oil, and 2 egg yolks.
4) Do not stir more than necessary, just to moisten
5)Fold in 2 stiff beaten egg whites - add this after mixing all other ingredients.
6) Pour ¼ c mix into the waffle iron, wait for the waffle maker light to turn on, then serve warm.
