Ingredients
5 Slices of Bacon
1 med Onion
32 oz Chicken Stock
1 c Milk
2 Potatoes cubed
1 can Creamed Corn
1 can Sweet Corn
1 t Garlic Salt
¼ c Butter
¼ c Flour
Directions
1) Cook Bacon until crispy.
2) Sauté onions in bacon grease until lightly brown.
3) Add potatoes and chicken stock to cover.
4) Cook until potatoes are soft.
5) Make a roux with the butter, flour, and milk.
6) Add to potatoes.
7) Stir in Corn, Creamed Corn, and Bacon.
8) Heat and serve.
