Recipe
Ingredients
1 (10 oz.) pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 ½ c sour cream
½ c mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
3 green onions
1 unsliced loaf of bread
Directions
Break up bite-sized pieces of bread for dipping
Drain, squeeze dry, and cut up spinach. Set aside.
Dice green onions and set aside
In a small mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth. (Can use hand mixer if needed)
Add the soup mix, green onions, spinach, and water chestnuts to the mixture and combine
Cover and chill for 2 hours
Plate and serve the dip and bread pieces together
