Ingredients
1 (10 oz.) pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 ½ c sour cream
½ c mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
3 green onions
1 unsliced loaf of bread
Directions
1) Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Set aside.
2) Soften cream cheese. Mix in sour cream and mayo. Stir until smooth.
3) Add soup mix, chopped green onions, spinach, and water chestnuts. Stir in.
4) Cover and chill for 2 hours.
5) Hollow out the bread loaf and fill it with the chilled mixture.
6) Break up pieces of bread for dipping.
