Ingredients
½ cup heavy cream
1 Tablespoon white sugar
2 shakes of salt
⅛ cup whole buttermilk
Directions
Using an electric hand mixer on medium speed, beat heavy cream in a large liquid measuring cup. Gradually add sugar and salt and mix until medium peaks form for about 4 minutes.
Add buttermilk; beat until soft peaks form and the mixture is billowy, about 1 minute.
Serve over oatmeal.
