Ingredients
10 corn tortillas
1 can Refried Beans
¼ onion, diced
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 ½ teaspoons cumin
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder,
¼ teaspoon oregano,
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ head lettuce, finely chopped
½ cup shredded cheese
*Creamy Cilantro Dressing (see recipe)
*Sour Cream
*Salsa or Pico De Gallo
*Avocado
Directions
1) Fry the corn tortillas
2) Sauté onions in a large skillet over medium heat.
3) Add the refried beans to the onions and mix in all the seasonings. Heat through.
Assemble the tostadas
4) Spread a thin layer of refried beans over the tostada shell. Top with lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and hot sauce.
5) Serve immediately.
