Recipe
Ingredients
½ onion
1 lb meat, of your choice
4 cups water and 3 Tbs of bullion (depending on the meat)
1 lb veggies (maybe 3 depending on what it is)
Starch (a starch is potato, rice, or noodles)
Directions
1) Dice and saute the onion
2) Put water and bullion on the stove to boil.
3) Gather the rest of the ingredients
4) Wash and chop the vegetables
Hard veggies chop and put in boiling water 1st (10 min. cook time)
Med Veggies chop and add to pot add onions and beans if you have them (5 min cook time)
Soft veggies add next (3 min cook time)
If you have pasta and rice add the same time as the soft veggies
5) Taste hard veggies for doneness
