Ingredients
1 pkg cole slaw mix
1 bunch chopped green onions
¼ c sunflower seeds
¼ c slivered almonds
¼ c oil
2 T sugar
2 T cider vinegar
1 pkg ramen noodles
3 T of sugar for almonds
Directions
1) Toss slaw mix, onions, & seeds in a large bowl.
2) In a small bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, vinegar, and ramen seasoning packet.
3) Pour over slaw and toss to mix well.
4) Just before serving, in a frying pan add almonds and crushed noodles. Sprinkle with 3T of sugar and stir until caramelized. Watch carefully as this burns quickly.
5) Add to salad and toss.
