Ingredients-Cheese Manicotti
1 box of Manicotti tubes, prepared as directed
1 8oz. tub of Ricotta Cheese
2 c Mozzarella Cheese
4 c Marinara Sauce
Ingredients-Alfredo Sauce
8oz package Cream Cheese
½ c Butter
2 c milk
½ t garlic salt
1 c mozzarella
Directions-Cheese Manicott
1) Mix cheeses and stuff into manicotti noodles.
2) Place in a pam-sprayed casserole dish.
3) Cover with Marinara sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
4) Freeze for future use or bake @ 350 degrees for 30 min or until bubbly.
Directions-Alfredo Sauce
1) Melt butter in a skillet over low heat.
2) Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.
3) Stir in milk, and season with garlic salt, and pepper.
4) Simmer for 3 minutes, or until thickened, stirring constantly. Add mozzarella.
