Ingredients
8 hashbrown patties
½ c melted butter
1 c cubed ham
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c shredded Swiss cheese
8 eggs
1 c milk
1 c sour cream
½ t salt
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Put the melted butter in the bottom of the pan with hashbrowns on top.
3)Bake @350 for 20 minutes
4) Combine ham, cheddar cheese, and Swiss cheese. Sprinkle over cooked hashbrowns.
5) With a hand mixer on low for 1 min., beat the eggs and combine them with milk, sour cream, and salt. Pour over the cheese and ham.
6) Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
