Ingredients
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon sour cream
1 egg
salt to taste pepper
Directions
In a cereal bowl, with a fork, beat eggs, sour cream, water, salt, and pepper until fluffy
Pour egg mixture into a nonstick frying pan over medium heat
Cover with lid, cook over low heat until the bottom of the egg mixture is cooked, about 30 seconds.
When eggs look cooked underneath, make ripples with a rubber spatula and drag the eggs to the side of the pan occasionally until you reach the desired consistency.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
