Ingredients
1/4 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon sour cream
1 egg
Salt to taste pepper
Directions
1) In a medium-sized bowl, with a fork beat eggs, sour cream, water, and salt and pepper until fluffy
2) Pour egg mixture into a nonstick frying pan over medium heat
3) Cover with lid, cook over low heat
4) When eggs look cooked underneath make ripples with a rubber spatula and stir occasionally until you reach the desired consistency.
5) Season with salt and pepper to taste
