Ingredients
1 egg beaten
⅛ cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
Set out 1 cup of flour (you may not use it all)
Directions
1) Combine flour and salt in a medium bowl.
2) In a mixing bowl, beat egg, salt, and milk together.
3) Gradually add flour until dough forms.
4) Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth, 3 to 4 minutes (if you have time, let dough rest for 30 minutes)
5) Roll out the dough to the desired thickness.
6) Using a pizza cutter, cut noodle strips longways (no wider than a pinky finger).
7) Cut the strips in half, making them about 2-4 inches long.
*To make noodles for Chicken Noodle Soup*
8) Add noodles when soup is boiling.
9) Cook 5-7 min until noodles are tender.
10) You can serve chicken noodle soup over Mashed Potatoes.
