Recipe
Ingredients- Apple Filling
15 Apples peeled, cored, and cubed
2 cup sugar
2 cup water
½ Tbs cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ cup cornstarch
1 tsp salt
Directions- Apple Filling
1) In a stockpot add the sugar mixture and stir
2) Put on the stovetop on med. heat, add water bring to a boil.
3) Turn down to a simmer until the apples are cooked. (About 20 min of simmering)
½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter
½ cup oats
Directions- Crumble
1) Cut butter into flour and sugar with pastry cutter
2) Stir in oats
Directions for Apple Crumble
1) Place 2 cups of apple filling in a small, greased 8x8 pan.
2) Sprinkle crumble on top.
3) Bake at 400 until brown and bubbly for about 15 min.
