Recipe
Ingredients- Pasta
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken
1 lb hot sausage browned
1 lb bow-tie pasta
½ pkg. of frozen petite green peas
1 bottle of Alfredo sauce
Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
Ingredients -Sauce(Optional)
8oz package Cream Cheese
½ c Butter
2 c milk
½ t garlic salt
1 c mozzarella
Directions-Pasta
1) Cut chicken into small bite-size pieces.
2) Pan-fry sausage, strain, and set aside.
3) Pan-fry the chicken in olive oil or sausage drippings, and season with garlic, salt, and pepper.
4) Prepare pasta according to instructions.
5) Right before draining, add frozen petite peas.
6) Drain. Put it back into the pan.
7) Add sausage and chicken.
8) Pour Alfredo sauce over. If needed, add mild to coat noodles.
9) Warm and serve.
Directions-Sauce (optional)
1) Melt butter in a skillet over low heat.
2) Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.
3) Stir in milk, and season with garlic salt, and pepper.
4) Simmer for 3 minutes, or until thickened, stirring constantly.
5) Add mozzarella.
6) Stir until melted and smooth, pour over noodles.
