Ingredients
¼ cube butter
5 cups of marshmallows in a large bowl
5 cups of Rice Crispies cereal
¼ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup of white chocolate chips/shavings
1) Butter an 8x8 pan and set aside
2) Measure out 1 cup of marshmallows and put aside.
3) Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
4) Add the remaining marshmallows to the melted butter and stir with a wooden spoon until the marshmallows are melted and combined.
5) Cook 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
6) Remove from heat.
7) Stir in the vanilla extract and white chocolate chips/shavings, melt, and mix together.
8) Pour the marshmallow mixture over the rice crispy cereal.
9) Toss until well coated.
10) Mix in the remaining marshmallows
11) Using your buttered fingers, press the mixture evenly and firmly into the pan.
12) Let cool, cut into 9 squares.
