Ingredients
Slaw
1 pkg coleslaw mix
4 stalks, chopped green onions
¼ cup sunflower seeds
Dressing
¼ cup oil
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
1 Ramen seasoning packet
Topping
1 pkg ramen noodles
¼ cup slivered almonds
3 Tablespoons of sugar
Directions
1) Toss coleslaw mix, chopped onions, & seeds in a large bowl. Set aside
2) In a small bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, vinegar, and ramen seasoning packet.
3) Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to mix well.
4) In a small frying pan, add almonds and crushed noodles. Sprinkle with sugar and stir until caramelized. Watch this carefully, as this burns quickly.
5) Add almonds and ramen to the salad and toss.
6) Serve
