Ingredients
1 cup applesauce
1 ½ cup ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp craft glue
Directions
1) In a medium bowl, combine applesauce, glue, and cinnamon. If the dough is too wet, add more cinnamon.
2) Cut dough in half
3) Sprinkle the countertop with cinnamon, then roll the dough to 1/4 inch thick.
4) Cut with cookie cutters, and place ornaments on an ungreased baking sheet.
5) Use a straw to make a hole at the top of each shape for hanging purposes.
6) Reroll scraps to make more ornaments.
7) Bake at 200 ° F oven for 2.5 hours OR let air dry for 2 days.
*When dried, lightly rub off the edges of the ornaments to remove any raw edges.
*When dried, thread ribbon or string through holes in the tops of ornaments to hang.
