Ingredients
2 tablespoons sesame Seed Oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 t minced garlic
2 medium zucchinis, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 t soy sauce
1 t toasted sesame seeds
ground black pepper
Directions
1) Warm the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2) Stir in onions and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes.
3) Add zucchini, and cook, stirring, for about 1 minute.
4) Stir in teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
5) Cook until zucchini are tender, about 2 minutes.
6) Stir in ground pepper, and serve immediately over rice.
