Ingredients
1 16 oz sour cream
1 can green chili’s
2 cans Cream of Chicken
4 half boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked and cubed
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 lg can green enchilada sauce
12 White Tortillas
Directions
1) Mix sour cream, chili’s, cream of chicken, cubed chicken, and cheese in a bowl.
2) Coat greased 9x12 cake pan with green enchilada sauce.
3) Place ½ cup chicken mixture on a tortilla and roll and place in pan.
4) Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with additional cheese.
5) Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min. until hot and bubbly.
