Ingredients
4 ½ cups hot water
½ cup olive oil
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons yeast
3 Tablespoons dough enhancer
12-14 cups whole wheat flour (dough needs to be slightly sticky)
2 Tablespoons salt
Directions
1) Mix on low speed for 2 minutes the hot water, oil, sugar, and yeast.
2) Add the dough enhancer, wheat flour, and salt.
3) Mix on high speed for 8 min.
4) Place in warm area, coved with damp tea towl
5) Let rise until dough has tripled in size
6) Shape and place in 4 greased loaf pans.
7) Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degree.
