Ingredients
2 lbs OR 7 ½ C Sifted Powdered Sugar
½-⅔ C Milk
1 t Vanilla or Almond flavoring
1-2 T Corn Syrup
2-4 cubes of Almond Bark (cut into smaller pieces)
Directions
1) Place sugar, milk, vanilla, and corn syrup in a saucepan.
2) Stir over medium heat until lukewarm. (Do not let this get too hot, it will dull the shine.)
3) Melt almond bark in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring each time until melted.
4) Add melted bark to the sugar mixture, stirring constantly until until blended. Color as desired.
5) Dip cookies into fondant and lay them on a cooling rack to dry. Re-warm fondant as needed.
