Recipe
Ingredients
1 pkg. Cherry gelatin
1 c. hot water
½ c. cold water
1 lb. (about 1 cup) whole cranberry sauce
½ c. diced celery
¼ c. walnuts (or pecans), chopped
1 c. sour cream
Directions
1) Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
2) Add cold water.
3) Let chill until slightly thickened.
4) Break up cranberry sauce with a fork.
5) Stir into gelatin with celery and nuts.
6) Fold in sour cream.
7) Pour into a buttered 1-quart mold and chill until firm.
