Ingredients
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
1 c shortening
2 eggs
1 T vanilla
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
2 1/2 c flour
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2) Mix in order
3) Roll into balls. Press balls in a crisscross pattern using a fork, flattening to a 1/2-inch thickness.
4) Bake cookies, for 10 minutes.
5) Cool cookies on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
