Ingredients
½ cup butter
2 cups Kraft caramel bits
2 cups milk chocolate chips
¼ cup milk
5 ½ cups mini marshmallows
6 cups rice krispies cereal
Directions
Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper (set aside)
In a medium pot, heat butter, caramel bits, chocolate chips, and milk on LOW heat.
Continually stir until smooth and creamy. This will take about 5 minutes. Go low and slow to prevent burning.
Add marshmallows to the chocolate mixture and stir until melted and smooth. Remove mixture from heat.
Stir in Krispy cereal. Stir until evenly coated.
Scoop and lightly pack the mixture. Using a cookie scoop
After all the cookies are scooped. Lightly press down with the bottom of a cup to flatten cookies
