Recipe
Ingredients
1 (12oz) box of rotini noodles
1 bunch of cauliflower pulled apart
2 med. tomatoes chopped
1 (6oz) can of olives, drained and sliced
1 (16oz) bottle of Italian salad dressing
Directions
Boil water, add noodles, cook noodles for 9 minutes (Al dente test when 2 minutes is left)
Drain noodles, set aside in a colander
In a large bowl, combine the cut vegetables, then add noodles, and toss together
Drizzle Italian dressing over salad & toss
*Serve hot or cold
* Add other vegetables to taste
