Ingredients
2 c baking mix
1 beaten egg
1 ¼ c milk
Directions
1) Mix all ingredients leaving small lumps.
2) Preheat a pan on medium heat.
3) Pour a 4-inch circle of batter onto the middle of the pan.
4) Cook in medium heat until bubbles form and pop on the surface.
5) Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6) Serve warm with desired topping.
