Ingredients
1 c flour
1 T sugar
2 t baking powder
¼ t salt
1 beaten egg
1 c milk
2 T oil
Directions
1) In a mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2) In another bowl combine egg, milk, and cooking oil. Add to flour mixture all at once.
3) Stir batter just until blended but still lumpy.
4) Pour ¼ c batter onto a greased skillet.
5) Cook until golden brown, turn when pancakes have a bubbly surface and dry sides.
