4 Flour Tortillas
2 Tablespoons of melted butter
4 Tablespoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
4 Tablespoons of cream cheese
Glaze
2 Tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon milk
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a pie pan
In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
Brush 1 tortilla with melted butter on one side. Set aside
Spread 1 tortilla with cream cheese on one side
Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the cream cheese tortilla
Cover with the other tortilla butter side down.
Roll tortillas: Roll the tortillas tightly, starting from one end. Cut to make pinwheels. Place each pinwheel in a small muffin tin.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the tortillas are golden and slightly crispy.
While the tortillas bake, mix the glaze. In a small bowl, mix until smooth
Drizzle the frosting over the warm cinnamon rolls if desired, and enjoy!
