Ingredients
2 bags of microwave popcorn (popped)
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups mini marshmallows
¾ cup of butter
Directions
Pop popcorn as directed from the Microwave bag
Empty popcorn into a large mixing bowl to cool. Remove kernels by tapping the bowl on the counter multiple times; this will cause kernels to sink to the bottom of the bowl. With two hands, remove the popcorn that’s on top and place it into another bowl.
Finish removing all the popcorn until only kernels remain in the first bowl; discard the remaining kernels. Set the bowl of popcorn aside.
Mallow-Fluff-
In a medium saucepan on medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar.
Add marshmallows after the butter and sugar have melted
Stir until melted, mixed, and fluffy.
Drizzle half of the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn toss and repeat.
Let cool and serve.
