Ingredients-Cookies
½ cup butter
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 pkg mini Snickers bars
Ingredients-Icing
½ cup powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon cocoa
1 Tablespoon milk (or more)
Directions
1) Cream butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar.
2) Add in egg and vanilla.
3) Once mixed thoroughly, add in flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir until combined.
4) Take 1T of dough and wrap it around a mini Snickers bar.
5) Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, cool and then ice.
6) For the icing, combine sugar and cocoa in a medium bowl. Add milk until at desired consistency. Glaze over cooled cookies.
