Recipe
Ingredients
2 eggs beaten
½ can of 29 oz Libby Pumpkin
¾ c sugar
½ t salt
1 t cinnamon
½ t ginger
¼ t cloves
1 can of evaporated milk
Directions
1) Add all the ingredients in order and mix well.
2) Put into an unbaked pie shell.
3) Cook at 425 for 15 min. then turn it down to 350 degrees for 45 min.
4) Insert a knife into the center of the pie. When the knife comes out clean, the pie is done.
5) Top with whipped topping.
