Ingredients
3 cups sugar
1 ½ cup flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 eggs
1 ½ cup oil
1 Tablespoon vanilla
¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 pan.
2) Sift all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
3) Mix in eggs, oil, and vanilla.
4) With a mixing spoon, stir in the chocolate chips.
5) Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth all the edges with a rubber spatula.
6) Place the pan in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
7) Best if you cut the brownies with a plastic knife.
