Recipe for Coconut Cream Pie
Ingredients
1 5.1oz Coconut Pudding Mix
1 ¾ C Milk
¼ c toasted coconut
8 oz Cool Whip (extra creamy is the best)
Directions
1) Make pudding with milk
2) Add coconut and stir.
3) Let it sit for 5 min.
4) Add pudding mixture to the prepared crust.
5) Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. Chill and serve.
Recipe for Graham Cracker Crust
Ingredients
1 pkg. of graham crackers
2 T sugar
¼ cup melted butter
Directions
1) Crush 1 pkg of graham crackers, add 2 T sugar and ¼ cup of melted butter.
2) Press the mixture onto the bottom of a pie pan.
3) For best results bake in the oven for 5 min at 350 degrees.
