Ingredients
6 eggs
¼ c mayonnaise
½ T mustard
Salt & Pepper
Paprika
1) Hard boil eggs by bringing a pot with water to a rolling boil with the eggs inside then turn off the water and cover the pot, letting sit for 13 minutes before plunging the eggs into an ice bath
2) Peel the eggs and carefully slice eggs lengthwise
3) Scoop out the yolk and place the egg whites on a serving tray in a single later
4) Crumble the yolks in a medium bowl and combine with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper
5) Use a ziptop bag or pastry bag to pipe yolk into the egg white cavities
6) Garnish with paprika if desired
