Ingredients
4 Russet potatoes
Oil or Butter of your choice
Salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Greese a baking sheet and set aside
Scrub and rinse the potatoes
With a fork, poke all around the potato 6 times
Rub with Oil of your choice, and sprinkle liberally with salt
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until the potato is fork-tender and the skin is crisp.
