Ingredients
2 c popped popcorn
2 ¼ c Chex cereal
¼ c peanuts
¼ c butter
½ c brown sugar
2 T corn syrup
¼ t vanilla
Directions
1) In a large bowl mix popcorn, cereal, and peanuts set aside.
2) In a small saucepan cook butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla. Bring to a boil.
3) Pour caramel over cereal and toss, place mixture on a cookie sheet and place in oven at 300 degrees, stirring every 5 min for 15 min.
