Ingredients-Cake
2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
2 t Baking Soda
½ c Cocoa
1 c Real Mayonnaise
1 c Water
1 t Vanilla
Ingredients-Frosting
2 c powdered sugar
Golf ball size Shortening
1 T Cocoa
Dash of salt
Evaporated milk(as needed)
Directions
1) Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and cocoa in a bowl, add liquids and mayo. Beat well.
2) Bake in 9X13 cake pan for 20-25 min. at 350 degrees.
3) While the cake is baking, make the frosting.
4) Combine all frosting ingredients (using the milk until at desired consistency) in a medium bowl and beat until fluffy.
5) Frost the cake once the cake is cool.
