Recipe
Ingredients
2 bags of microwave popcorn (popped)
1 C Brown Sugar
2 C mini Marshmallows
¾ C of Butter
Directions
Pop popcorn as directed from the Microwave bag
1) Open and empty popcorn in a large mixing bowl to cool. Remove kernels by tapping the bowl on the counter multiple times, this will cause kernels to sink to the bottom of the bowl. With two hands remove the popcorn which is on top and place it into another bowl.
2) Finish removing all the popcorn until only kernels are left in the first bowl, discard the remaining kernels. Set aside the bowl full of popcorn.
Mallow-Fluff
3) In a large saucepan on medium heat, melt the butter and sugar.
4) Add marshmallows after the sugar and butter melt.
5) Stir until melted, mixed and fluffy.
6) Drizzle half of the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn toss and repeat.
7) Let cool and serve.
*Optional you can add candy when it cools. I like Reese’s Pieces in mine
