Ingredients
4 ½ cups hot water
½ cup olive oil
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup honey
2 Tablespoons yeast
3 Tablespoons dough enhancer
2 Tablespoons salt
6 cups whole wheat flour
6-7 cups of white flour
Directions
Using a stand mixer, Mix on low speed for 2 minutes the hot water, oil, sugar, honey, and yeast.
Add the dough enhancer, salt, and wheat flour mix.
Then add the 6 cups of white flour, keeping 1 cup out to use only if the dough is too sticky. You want the dough to be slightly sticky.
Mix on high speed for 8 min.
Place the dough in a large bowl in a warm area, covered with a damp tea towel.
Let rise until the dough has tripled in size (about 1 hour)
Shape and place in 4-5 greased loaf pans.
Bake 25-30 minutes (depending on the size of the loaves) at 350 degrees
