Ingredients
2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes or diced tomatoes (or 8 fresh tomatoes instead)
1 onion chopped
¼ bushel of cilantro tips
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp diced garlic
½ tsp Lawry's garlic salt
1-2 Jalapenos seeded and diced
Directions
1) Add tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, and cilantro, into the blender.
2) Pulse about 5 times (do not puree). You want to have some chunks.
3) Stir mixture in blender and pulse again to get big chunks
*Taste it, if it’s too acidic add 1 tsp of sugar.
