Ingredients
3 of 14.5 oz. cans tomatoes
1 can green chilies
1 can El Pato sauce
1 T (heaping) minced garlic
½ med onion
½ bunch cilantro
1 avocado (optional)
1 can corn (optional)
Directions
1) Puree’ tomatoes, green chilies, el pato sauce, minced garlic, and onion in a blender. It would be best if you blended in 2 sections. It won't fit in the blender altogether. Poor into a mixing bowl.
2) Dice ½ bunch of Cilantro. Optional- cut an avocado, and add 1 can of corn drained.
3) Add to the tomato mixture.
4) Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve with chips.
