Ingredients
12 mini phyllo tart shells or wonton skins
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1 T hot pepper sauce
¼ cup bacon bits
Directions
1) Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place phyllo cups or wonton skins into a mini cupcake tin.
2) Bake for 5 min.
3) Mix cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, jalapenos, and hot sauce in a bowl.
4) Spoon the mixture into wonton cups. Sprinkle bacon bits on top.
5) Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
6) Serve warm.
