Ingredients-Noodles
1 egg beaten
⅛ c milk
1 t salt
Add flour until the dough is stiff
Ingredients-Soup
1 lb. Meat (Chicken, boiled and shredded)
1 lb. Veggies (cubed Carrots)
32 oz Stock
1 med. Onion
1 starch (Mashed Potatoes)
Directions
1) Combine egg, milk, and salt. Then add flour until the dough is stiff.
2) Roll out thin, and cut into strips.
3) Combine chicken, veggies, stock, and onion in a 2qt pot on the stove.
4) When the soup is boiling add noodles.
5) Cook for 5-7 minutes or until noodles are tender.
6) Serve chicken noodle soup over mashed potatoes.
