Stamford Men's A will take another experimental side to Louth A on Saturday (2pm) for a key Lincolnshire County League Division One fixture - again without several of their regulars..

However, it offers an opportunity to try new combinations with the absence of handful of members who joined the club from Peterborough and signals a recall for previously injured Dusty Miller.

Team: D Bruce, A Speechley, Mal Smith, B Warters; M Ramsden, A Barnes, R Montgomery, Roger Martin; K Rawlins, D Miller, A Warrington, P Bailey; R Allam, C Watson, D Want, P Edwards; W Aspinall, Mick Linnell, J Holroyd, J Earl. Transport from club at 11.45 am.

Against Mick Humphreys, John Holroyd and Roger Martin they surged into a 17-2 lead after nine ends but dropped successive five counts before regaining command with a hat-trick of three counts in five ends.

Stamford's Over 60s men's team remain firmly planted at the foot of the Lincolnshire League Division One table after another defeat - this time at home at the hands of high flying Boston A
