As we reach the end of another busy week, I’d like to start by extending a huge thank you to all of you who attended our Parents’ Evenings on Tuesday and Wednesday. It was wonderful to see so many of you and have the opportunity to discuss your children’s progress and achievements.
In our collective worship sessions this week, we have been exploring the theme of wisdom—what it means to make thoughtful decisions and how we can apply wisdom in our daily lives. We’ve reflected on the verse from James 1:5, “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”
It has been a meaningful time for both students and staff to consider how we can seek wisdom in our actions.
The children also explored another verse from James with our clergy team at the church in our Harvest service. 1:17 - see if they can remember it...
A quick reminder for next week: Year 4 will be heading out on their local trip on Tuesday and Year 6 will be taking part in their World War II Day on Friday. Please ensure that all permissions are in place, and feel free to contact the school office if you have any questions.
Thank you once again for your continued support.
Wishing you all a restful weekend!

News this week:
It was a beautiful Harvest Service on Tuesday at the church. And the older children made sure the little ones were returned safely to school afterwards.

Level 2 Cycle Training (Session 1 of 4) took place this week and all the children passed their four day course with flying colours!
Year 2 visited the church this week to continue learning about the importance of making and keeping promises.
After a short talk they were then tasked with writing their own promises before God.

We were delighted to welcome back an ex pupil who left here in 1962.
