268 - the anniversary waltz

January 22, 1988: Bobby tried to drawn his brother J.R. in the Southfork pool (where else?) after knowing that he had been the mastermind behind the court fight for Christopher´s custody. J.R. just hinted that he might talk the boy´s natural aunt Lisa Alden (Amy Stock) out of doing so if Bobby just used his share of Wentworth Industries to help him sink WestStar Oil. Of course, in the following episode, Bobby was stopped by the other men in the family and J.R. saved his life...this time. Also in this episode, Sue Ellen continued his affair with business associate Nick Pearce (who actually was the son of a mafioso whose family went under WPP). Clayton also keeps up his guilty pleasure, aka his "platonic" dates with Laurel Ellis; the problem is a) he doesn´t tell Miss Ellie about it; b) Laurel´s painter friend is a natural-born blackmailer; c) besides, there is also an ex fiancé of Laurel in the mix...

14 de octubre de 1989 (en Cataluña): Bobby intentaba ahogar a su hermano J.R. en la piscina de Southfork (¿dónde si no?) tras adivinar que él había maquinado el pleito por la custodia de Christopher. J.R. sólo insinuó que podía disuadir a la tía natural del niño, Lisa Alden (Amy Stock), si Bobby usaba su parte en las Industrias Wentworth para ayudarle a hundir a la WestStar Oil. Claro está, en el episodio siguiente, a Bobby lo separaban de su hermano los otros hombres de la familia y J.R. salvaba la vida...esta vez. Adivinanza: ¿Cuántas peleas tuvieron lugar en la piscina...antes de esta y después de esta? (Si lo sabéis, decidmelo, sólo por curiosidad). También en este episodio, Sue Ellen proseguía su aventura con su asociado Nick Pearce (que era realmente el hijo de un mafioso cuya familia se sometió al Programa de Protección de Testigos). Clayton también continúa con su placer culpable, o sea sus "platónicas" citas con Laurel Ellis; el problema es: a) que no le cuenta nada de ello a Ellie; b) que el amigo pintor de Laurel es un chantajista nato; c) y que, encima, también hay un ex novio de Laurel metido por ahí...
